WINE
The Azienda Agricola Palazzo Manzoni produces, thanks
to its optimum quality of grapes and ground, two different wines
of excellent quality, that can be sold to the public.

Grape-Vine: native
Production Area: San Zaccaria (Ra)
Wine Making: traditional with maceration in wine-lees
for 6-8 days and ripened in barriques of 300-550 lts. for 8-10
months and for the same time inside bottles.
Alcoholic Degree: 13% Vol.
Quantity: 0,75 lt.
Color: garnet red with violet reflex
Smell: ripe fruit with memories of cherries and spices
notes.
Flavour: pronounces, persistent, elegant
Period of Life: 4-5 years
Good With: spicy foods as game, roastm, seasonal cheese.

Wine Making: controlled temperature at 16°C with
selected yeasts.
Alcoholic Degree: 12% Vol.
Quantity: 0,75 lt.
Color: pale yellow with green reflex.
Smell: intense, with memories of fresh fruit, in particular
apple and apricot.
Flavour: dry, rich, persistent and with a good armony
in the aromatic part.
Period of Life: 2 years
Good With: fish, shells and appetizers
